Strengthening SEQTA

May 2, 2017 @ 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Investment per person: $400 (includes GST)

The implementation of SEQTA can be seen as a challenge for schools and teachers as they work to change practices and work processes to align with the system. Managing change can be a difficult process for any school and this workshop provides time for school leaders to refocus on the change management process and reflect on their current school’s use of the SEQTA software. Participants will identify key actions and improved workflows to lead others in the continued development and use of the full SEQTA Suite. A range of measurement tools will be provided to support schools in this process.

This one day workshop is aimed at current SEQTA schools who have been using the system for a number of years. Participants will develop an action plan for the continued development of SEQTA within their school.

This workshop will not develop expertise in how to use the SEQTA software as this is addressed in Advanced SEQTA training.
