Leading SEQTA

March 14, 2017 @ 8:30 am - March 15, 2017 @ 3:30 pm

Investment per person: $650 (includes GST)

“As leaders we are responsible for embracing, communicating and executing change, making sure it does not upset school and community culture” (Fullan, 2008). Managing change can be a difficult process for any school. Many schools have experienced a variety of learning management systems over many years. The introduction of SEQTA can be seen as a challenge for schools and teachers as they work to change practices and work processes to align with the new system. This workshop will encourage and enable participants to lead others in the continued development and use of the full SEQTA Suite.

Across the two day workshop, participants will develop a comprehensive action plan for leading SEQTA within their school.

This workshop will not develop expertise in how to use the SEQTA System as this is addressed in Advanced SEQTA training.
