This self-paced online training course serves as an introduction to the broad functionality and basic management of the SEQTA school attendance administration system. It includes how to customise and set up the system to meet each school’s needs, daily use of the system and analyses of data through the use of available reports. This QAD101 training forms part of the SEQTA implementation training.
Key outcomes: Manage attendance, manage absences and attendance solutions, implement attendance resolutions in the Student Information Panel (SIP), manage attendance types, manage attendance permissions, manage attendance through the various options available in the SEQTA Suite, manage attendance processes for the Health Centre, manage unresolved absence notices and provide basic attendance reporting.
Access is given to the online course for 2 weeks.
